Founder of VAMP Bodytherapy

For over 13 years, bodywork has been more than a career for me—it has been a calling.

I created VAMP Bodytherapy to be a space where women & men could come for results, but receive so much more. A place centered around healing, intentional touch, and helping you feel lighter, restored, confident, and cared for in your own body.

Over the years, my work has evolved into specialized lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, and techniques I've developed and refined through years of hands-on experience. But no matter how much VAMP grows, the heart behind it remains the same: healing first, results with intention, and treating every body with care.

Today, VAMP is growing into something bigger than I originally imagined. I'm now pouring what I've learned into the next generation of providers and expanding the VAMP experience while staying rooted in the same purpose it was built on.
