Vamp Bodytherapy respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, booking process, and marketing sign-up forms, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us, book an appointment, make a payment, or sign up for updates, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, information you choose to provide on an intake form, and payment-related information. Our website may also collect basic usage information, such as pages visited and device or browser details.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, process payments, send appointment-related communications, and operate our website. If you separately choose to receive marketing emails or texts, we also use your contact information to send those updates.

Service providers

We use Squarespace to host our website and send marketing campaigns, Acuity Scheduling to manage appointments, and Stripe to process payments. These providers receive information needed to perform those services for us.

Email and text marketing

If you opt in to email marketing, we may send you Vamp Bodytherapy news and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

If you separately opt in to SMS marketing, we may text you about appointment openings, services, and occasional offers. We may collect your name, mobile number, opt-in status and time, and information about your interactions with our messages. We provide this information to Squarespace and its messaging providers to deliver and manage our texts.

We keep mobile information and phone numbers confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share them with unauthorized third parties for those parties’ marketing or promotional purposes. You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to a message.

Signing up for marketing texts is optional and is not required to book or receive a service. Appointment-related messages are separate from marketing texts.

Your choices and questions

You can contact us to ask about the personal information you have provided, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we need to retain for business or legal purposes.
